Free boxes and envelopes are available for your convenience. Pay with a tap of your credit card, then just place your package in the secure storage area.
- Do I get tracking info?
- Yes, you can choose a printed or emailed receipt, or both. Either way you'll have the tracking and other info.
- How much does it cost?
- You'll pay the same rates as you would at the post office. Certain transactions, like buying a single stamp, have a small card processing fee added so we don't lose money.
- What payments are accepted?
- The kiosk accepts credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and more. You can also pay with your phone using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Is it easy to use?
- Yes, it is! Just put your package on the scale and follow the instructions on the touchscreen.
- What if my package doesn't fit?
- Just call or text us at 406-389-8988 and we'll find something that works for you.
- Do I need the Helena Express app?
- Nope, all you need is a credit or debit card. The kiosk touchscreen will guide you through sending your package.
